When you have the list, start becoming active on every blog by commenting on posts a couple of times per week. After a couple of weeks of doing this, the blog owners should come to acknowledge you as an active contributor. At that point, you’ll be able to address them via email or a quick telephone call and find out if they will be interested in a blog post by you.
