Also, you will find that an authority site will not rank as quickly as a minisite. But when that does happen, then your potential for profit becomes much greater than any single minisite. Another advantage with authority sites is the ability to rank for various other keyword phrases. It’s possible to get your site ranking very well for synonyms of your chosen keywords and phrases as well. Once again, these kinds of results do take time, so be patient. Choosing between an authority site or a mini site may come down to how Google influences the rankings in those search results for each type of site. Mini sites still offer plenty of benefits, but you may find it a little more time consuming trying to drive traffic to them. What that means is mini sites still have a purpose in a well rounded marketing plan. However, you could see far greater benefits in terms of organic traffic and rankings from a larger site.
