The PopUp Domination WordPress Plugin is the latest, and 1st, plugin introduced by Michael Dunlop, a young online businessperson who blogs about making revenue online and creating your personal wealth.

And in case you’re curious, here’s what it is used for

Bloggers / Internet Entrepreneurs who have an email list and would like to improve their subscription rate.

This is what the plugin can do

When someone visits your blog, the plugin will display a very nice looking pop up over your content. Some marketers like to set it so the pop up domination box shows every time someone visits your site, returning or not.

Setting it up so the pop up box displays every time someone arrives on your site and clicks around to new pages might be a bit much. As a blogger, I have many returning visitors who like to leave a comment on my blog and they don’t need to keep seeing me pop up my newsletter box every time they click around on my blog. My preferred settings are to show the box to everyone at first and then show it to them again after 7 days.

My preferred settings is to wait to show the pop up box until after they’ve been on my site for at least 20 seconds. I like this setting because a really successful niche entrepreneur told me once that’s what they’ve found to be the best setting for attracting the most optins. The reasoning behind it was that the people who stay longer than a few moments are probably interested in what you have to offer.

Okay so it works… and it works well. Why?

The Popup Domination plugin has definitely helped my blog’s newseltter subscriber rate.

The plugin seems to work so well because the popup templates which you are supplied with are high quality and are visually pleasing to your visitor. That’s the secret here… it’s visually pleasing.

And this makes you look more professional.
